Sad Cake image

This "cake" will rise and fall making a brownie type cake. It is great warm with ice cream or whipped cream. You won't be sad when you taste this cake. Some people like to add a cup of coconut to this recipe. Suit your taste.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg (small, 1/12 cups) biscuit mix
1 lb brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. mix and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 in 13x9 inch cake pan.
