Bacon Potato Bake Recipe - (4.4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 slices Nueske's smoked bacon, diced 1/2 inch
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
8-10 small red potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch wedges
1/4 C. sweet onion, diced
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Fry bacon until medium crisp; Set aside. In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and pepper. Add potatoes and onions. Place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
