Russian Tea Room's Russian Dressing image

Yield 1 1/2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 14

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced dill pickles
1 tablespoon minced bell pepper (and/or pimentos)
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 teaspoons grated horseradish (or bottled)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon sugar
a few grinds black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon minced parsley

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; mix just till blended. Refrigerate. Stir before using.
