Rudy's Creamed Corn image

If you have ever been to Rudy's BBQ in Texas, you will know that this taste exactly like their creamed corn. Delicious!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lb corn kernels, frozen
1 - 8oz cream cheese - cut into chunks
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 c whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients and put in a crock pot and cook on low till the cream cheese and butter are melted. Stir occasionally.
