RUBIO’S™ WHITE SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
(1 cup Plain Yogurt if too strong Mayonnaise taste
1/2 teaspoon white ground pepper
Chipotle Powder or the sauce from a can of chipotle chiles
Salt to taste
add milk if too thick

Steps:

  • Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt together in a small bowl. Chill and spoon liberally over the fish before you add the pico de gallo and shredded cabbage.
