- 2. Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).
- 3. Add all the ingredients together in a small bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- 4. Store in container with a tight cap.
- 5. Chef's Tip: This rub will last several months, so make what you can consume in that amount of time.
- 6. Chef's Note: Keep in a cool dry place.
