ROUND STEAK SUPPER image

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 large potatoes, peeled & cut up
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 envelope onion soup mix
pepper & garlic powder to taste

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in slow cooker. Cut beef into four pieces & place over potatoes. Combine soup, water, soup mix, pepper, & garlic. Pour over beef. Cover & cook on low for 6-8 hrs or until meat & potatoes are tender.
