Rotel Biscuits image

A friend of mine served these great appetizers at a jewelry show. I got her recipe for my next show & they disappeared in minutes!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 can(s) flaky biscuits
8 ounce(s) cream cheese - softened
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes - drained
1 pound(s) bulk pork sausage (we like hot)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  • Separate biscuits & cut each in half. Shape each half into cup. I pull mine apart slightly & press gently into cup.
  • Brown sausage in skillet. Remove from heat. Drain off any grease. Add Cream Cheese & stir to melt.Add drained Rotel. Stir to combine. Spoon sausage mixture into each biscuit cup.
  • Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan & serve warm.
