Rosemary Mustard Grilled Corn image

I found this recipe in a magazine. We are always looking for a great grilled corn recipe that's different. Great for summer BBQs!

8 ears corn
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Pull back husks and remove silk.
  • Mix all ingredients and brush husks with mixture.
  • Wrap husks back up and tie with string.
  • Grill about 15 minutes and turn every few minutes.
