Rosemary Mushroom Soup Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup half and half
1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 T minced chives

Steps:

  • In a sauce pan, saute mushrooms and garlic in butter. Stir in soup, cream, rosemary, paprika. Heat but do not boil. Sprinkle with chives.
