ROSEMARY GARLIC SPARERIBS image

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
4 medium garlic cloves, minced
2 rack (about 6 pounds) pork spareribs
salt and fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. rub both sides of ribs with the rosemary and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange meaty side down on a baking sheet. Cook 1 hour turning once. check for tenderness with a knife. Cook longer if necessary
