ROSEMARY CHICKEN THIGHS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 T EVOO, separated
5 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
2 T fresh rosemary, chopped
1 lb chicken thighs
salt and pepper
crushed red pepper
3/4 c dry white wine

Steps:

  • Heat 2 T oil and saute mushrooms until browned. Transfer to crock pot. Wipe out skillet, add remaining 2 T oil with garlic, chicken and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken and garlic are browned. Remove to crock pot. Add red pepper flakes ro chicken. Deglaze skillet with wine and add wine and scrapings to crock pot. Cook on low for four hours with lid slightly ajar.
