Steps:
- Heat 2 T oil and saute mushrooms until browned. Transfer to crock pot. Wipe out skillet, add remaining 2 T oil with garlic, chicken and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken and garlic are browned. Remove to crock pot. Add red pepper flakes ro chicken. Deglaze skillet with wine and add wine and scrapings to crock pot. Cook on low for four hours with lid slightly ajar.
