Roquefort Grapes image

1 pound red seedless grape
1 (10-ounce) package almonds, pecans, or walnuts
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons roquefort cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream

Steps:

  • Wash the grapes and pat dry. Chop nuts fine. Spread on wax paper. Mix cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, and cream, and beat till smooth. Roll grapes in cheese mixture and gently press cheese mixture around each grape. Coat cheese with nuts. Place on wax paper-lined tray; chill, covered, until serving time. Leftover cheese mixture can be frozen for later use.
