Root Beer Float Cake image

I got this recipe from the Southern Living Magazine several years ago and made my own modifications. My mother, who HATED Root Beer, loved this cake and requested it many times before she found out what was in it. It takes you back to those hot summer nights at the drive in. I think Coke could be used with a vanilla cake mix and be just as yummy. Hope you like it and let me know what you think.
