This is another great potato salad for a bbq.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425F. Place oil in a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan; add potatoes and next 5 ingredients, toss to coat. Arrange the mixture in a single layer.
- 2. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, or 40 to 45 minutes for crispier potatoes (this is my preference) stirring occasionally. Then transfer potatoes to a large bowl.
- 3. Toss potatoes, bacon, green onions, and dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve. 4-6 servings
