SAUCE
2 c half and half
6 clove roasted garlic (bake cloves in oven for 45 min till soft)
1/2 c butter
1/2 c minced onion
1 Tbsp oregano
1 c parmesan cheese
TOPPINGS
3 c chopped spinach(if you use frozen be sure to get the water out)
7 slice bacon cooked and cut into two inch pieces
1 c black olives
1 onion cut in rings
2 c mozzarella
1 c fontina cheese
CRUST
1 favorite pizza crust

Steps:

  • 1. Prehead oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan add butter roasted garlic and minced onion. Stirring cook until onions are translucent. Add half and half and oregano. After it comes to a soft boil, add parmesan cheese. Stirring cook for about two minutes and then set aside. It should have gotten thick and creamy.
  • 2. Put your favorite crust in the oven for about 10 minutes until it puffs up.
  • 3. When the crust is done pour your thickened sauce over the crust and spread so that it is even.
  • 4. Sprinkle the chopped spinach, olives, and onions over the sauce. Lay the bacon over the top of the spinach, olives, and onions.
  • 5. Add the cheese. If you wish more cheese you can add more.
  • 6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven. Let set about 5 minutes before serving.
