Roasted Corn on the Cob image

1 units mayonnaise
1 units salt
1 units foil

Steps:

  • Tear off a piece of foil, spread mayo over majority of piece do not spread on the edges. Add salt & pepper to taste. Place one ear of corn in middle wrap in foil. Repeat as needed.
  • Place in oven (350 degrees) or on grill. Can squeeze lemon or lime over it before eating and/or add butter.
