Steps:
- Put a baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and preheat oven to 450.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt & pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange sprouts on hot baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, turning at mid way point.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet. Add thyme and grapes until grapes start to burst, about 4 minutes.
- Add scallions and honey. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until juices thicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Plate sprouts and pour grape & honey mixture on top. Sprinkle with hazelnuts
