ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR image

1 lb Brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375. Combine Brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat the sprouts. Spread out on a non-stick baking sheet cut side up. Place on middle rack and roast 15 to 20 minutes or until sprouts look brown and tender. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the sprouts. Plate immediately and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
