2 kaiser rolls, split
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 Kirby cucumber, thinly sliced
6 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
1/3 cup bread-and-butter pickle chips, drained and patted dry

Steps:

  • STEP 1 Dividing evenly, spread cut sides of rolls with mayonnaise. Layer bottom halves with cucumber, roast beef, and pickle chips; close sandwiches, and serve.
