RO-TEL SPICY MEATLOAF image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 pds hamburger
3 slices bread torn into small pieces
1 egg
1 small onion chopped
10oz can ro-tel tomatoes
2 teasp chili powder
1/4 teasp pepper
1/3 cup chili sauce

Steps:

  • preheat oven 375 combine first 7 ingedients spread into a greased loaf pan bake 1 hour drain spoon chili sauce over top bake 15 mins cool 10 mins before slicing
