Steps:
- Chop chocolate and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring heavy cream to a boil. Be careful not to scorch it! Once boiling, pour over the chocolate stirring until smooth.
- Add the rum and stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly before using on cakes, or other goodies.
