1/2 cup milk
1 cup cooked long-grain white rice
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients except ice and COOL WHIP in blender until smooth.
  • Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
  • Serve immediately topped with COOL WHIP.
