Another salad recipe from an old salad book from 1978. Just made this salad and its delicious. This salad is very good for a BBQ.

- 1. Blend all ingredients together throughly.
- 2. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with cherry tomato.
- 3. Note : one cup uncooked rice makes 3 cups cooked rice.
