1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1/4 cup water
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Bring chicken broth and water to boil in medium saucepan.
  • Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
  • Add almonds; mix lightly.
