When ever I bring this dish to parties or a get together I'm always asked for the recipe. It's fantastic! I suggest making this for the spring because that's when rhubarb is in season.

Steps:
- 1. First layer; Combine ingredients and press in 8 by 10 inch pan.Bake at 325 degrades for 20 minutes.
- 2. Second layer; Cook until thick:pour over baked crust.
- 3. Third layer; Beat egg whites,sugar and cream of tartar.Spread on top of cooked rhubarb mixture.Brown in 325 degrades preheat oven for 15 minutes.
