a little different cooking method but end result is awesome rhubarb season is coming up so give these a try

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 c flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cream of tattar
1/2 c butter
1 c milk,
2 c rhubarb
3/4 c sugar
3 Tbsp flour,
1 c brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. mix first 7 ingredients as fpr biscuits. roll out to a rectangle. spread with a little extra butter
  • 2. combine rhubarb, sugar and flour and spread over dough. roll up like cinnamon roll.
  • 3. slice into 12 rolls and place in a 9x13 inch pan mix brown sugar with 2 cups of boiling water . pour over rolls
  • 4. bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
