Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325
- Combine first 4 ingredients in food processor, blend until dough comes together. Press firmly into 8x8 parchment lined pan and bake 30-35 minutes unitl brown around the edges.
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar and chopped rhubarb in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer unitl completely broken down, 10-15 minutes stiring frequently. Set aside to cool.
- Combine remaining ingredients in food processor. Pulse to break up eggs. Add rhubarb mixture. Pulse to combine. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until puffy and set.
- Cool completely in pan on a wire rack before lifting out to cut and serve.
