Steps:
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Add rhubarb into bottom of pan. Pour water over rhubarb. If frozen rhubarb use 1 1/4 cups, if fresh rhubarb use 1 1/2 cups water.
- Mix sugar and jello, sprinkle over top of rhubarb, sprinkle cake mix next. Pour melted butter over top of cake mix.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers or it may get soggy.
