Remoulade Sauce image

This time honored Louisiana condiment is great on just about everything but especially seafood, grilled to fried.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c creole mustard
1 Tbsp paprika, sweet mild
2 Tbsp creole cocktail sauce
1 tsp lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp lemon zest, grated
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. The Rémoulade is better if left for a few hours to let the flavors meld. Keep refrigerated.
