Number Of Ingredients 12

2 cans black eyed peas
2 cans white shoepeg corn
2 cans black beans
2 cans ro*tel brand tomatoes (to your taste)
12 small green onions, chopped (stem and all)
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped fine
2 bell peppers
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp parsley flakes
celery, chopped
16 oz bottle zesty italian dressing

Steps:

  • 1. Drain cans of vegetables
  • 2. Mix beans, corn, peas, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions with garlic salt, garlic powder, parsley flakes and dressing
  • 3. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 12 HOURS and serve with Fritos scoops
