Make these Red Velvet Cookie Balls with cream cheese and crushed cookies. Dip these Red Velvet Cookie Balls into melted chocolate for a romantic treat.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
36 vanilla creme-filled vanilla sandwich cookies, finely crushed
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted
2 Tbsp. red sprinkles

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and food coloring until blended.
  • Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
