Red Snapper with Rock Shrimp Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound Red Snapper
1/4 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 pound Rock Shrimp
1 pound Tomatoes, blanched and chopped

Steps:

  • Dredge the red snapper in flour. Saute in olive oil until broned, remove to plate and keep warm in a low oven.
