Steps:
- 1) On the night before serving, use about a half a bottle of sparkling red grape juice to make ice mold. 2) In large pitcher, stir together juice concentrate, water, and grenadine. Refrigerate until very cold, at least 2 hours. 3) Just before serving, put frozen grape juice into punch bowl, then add sherbet; stir to soften. 4) Slowly add sparkling wine, stirring gently. 5) Serve in punch cups or wineglasses.
