RED SATIN PUNCH image

1 12 oz. can frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
4 cups water
1/2 cup grenadine
1 quart strawberry sherbet, slightly softened
3 bottles chilled red sparkling grape juice

Steps:

  • 1) On the night before serving, use about a half a bottle of sparkling red grape juice to make ice mold. 2) In large pitcher, stir together juice concentrate, water, and grenadine. Refrigerate until very cold, at least 2 hours. 3) Just before serving, put frozen grape juice into punch bowl, then add sherbet; stir to soften. 4) Slowly add sparkling wine, stirring gently. 5) Serve in punch cups or wineglasses.
