Ravioli With Lemon Basil Pesto image

Number Of Ingredients 5

24 frozen cheese ravioli noodles, pasta meals
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Basil Pesto, homemade or jarred
1 lemon, finely grated zest and juice of 1/2
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli, stirring a few times to ensure that it does not stick to itself. Boil vigorously for the time recommended on the package or until the ravioli is tender, about 8 minutes.While the ravioli are cooking, mix the oil, pesto, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a serving bowl.
