Raspberry Crumble image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cups crushed raspberries
1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
pinch of salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Coat 1-quart quiche dish with vegetable spray. Sprinkle raspberries with half of sugar, add lemon juice, and stir well. Place in prepared dish. Blend butter with remaining sugar, flour, and salt and spread over raspberries. bake 40 minutes.
