Raspberry-Banana Yogurt Salad image

Cool and creamy, these colorful, fruity treats can be served as a salad or dessert.

3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 package (4-serving size) sugar-free raspberry-flavored gelatin (1 1/2 teaspoons)
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original Yogurt red raspberry
1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and well drained) raspberries
1 small banana, sliced

Steps:

  • In small bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in yogurt; gently stir in raspberries and banana. Pour into two 6-ounce custard cups.
  • Refrigerate about 2 hours or until set.
