How to make Ranch Pork Tenderloin

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
4-1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp Hidden Valley salad dressing and seasoning mix
1-1/2 lbs pork tenderloin

Steps:

  • Stir together breadcrumbs, basil, olive oil, and pepper.
  • Moisten pork tenderloin with water and press crumb mixture over tenderloins and place on a rack on a roasting pan.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (160 degrees with a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of tenderloin.
