1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup grated red peppers

Steps:

  • Cook milk, cream and sugar in saucepan on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Whisk egg yolks in medium bowl until blended. Gradually whisk in 1/3 of the milk mixture until well blended. Add to remaining milk mixture in saucepan; cook 5 to 7 min. or until slightly thickened. (Mixture should be thick enough to evenly coat back of spoon.) Pour milk mixture through fine-mesh strainer into medium bowl. Stir in dressing.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
  • Pour milk mixture into container of ice cream freezer; churn according to manufacturer's directions.
  • Serve topped with vegetables.
