Raisin sauce for ham image

I always made this on Easter to put on our cooked sliced ham before serving.It was a big hit.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1-1/2 c water
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c raisins
1 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. Mix brown sugar,dry mustard,and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water , vinegar,and raisins. Cook and stir until thick. Add butter and stir in,take off heat. Makes about 2 cups. Serve with Ham
