RAISED WAFFLES image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 package active dry yeast
1/4 c warm water (105-115)
1 1/4 c lukewarm milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/4 c butter
2 c all purpose flour

Steps:

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. Cover, let rise in warm place 1 1/2 hours. Stir down batter. Cover. Refrigerate 8-12 hours. Stir down batter, pour into hot waffle iron.
