Quick Festive Ground Meat Skillet image

This is great as a main dish, a dip, or on tortillas! My whole family loves this and it's great for pitch-in dinners too.

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup salsa
1 tablespoon dried oregano
shredded Cheddar cheese, or more to taste
2 cups cooked rice, or to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and garlic pepper in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  • Stir corn, ranch dressing, salsa, and oregano into ground beef mixture; cook and stir until hot and bubbling, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
