This is an easy weeknight meal I make at least twice a month. Serve with a green salad and you've got a meal!

Steps:
- 1. In a saute pan over medium-high heat, sweat the peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
- 2. Add steak slices. Season with garlic salt.
- 3. Add both steak sauces and the worcestershire. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until sauce reduces to the thickness of your liking.
- 4. Serve on steak rolls with cheese.
- 5. **NOTE: The peppers and onions make a prettier presentation when they are sliced into strips, but are FAR easier to eat with they are diced.
