QUICK CHICKEN JAMBALAYA image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 slices bacon, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 pkg (16 oz) Oscar Mayer Selects Premium Beef Franks, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 can (14-1/2) diced tomatoes, undrained

Steps:

  • Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Add vegetables; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 12 to 14 min. or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
