Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Using an ovenproof skillet or a cauela (clay pot), saute the chile strips, garlic and chorizo over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess fat. 2. Add the grated cheese, green onions, jalapeno and salt to taste. Blend well. 3. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
