Queso Dip image

As usual, I got this recipe out of an old Southern Living Annual Cook Book, and as usual, I can't remember which one. I'm bad to jot recipes down on index cards. Anyway, this is so easy to make and everyone just loves it!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 pound(s) mild bulk pork sausage
1/2 pound(s) ground beef
1 package(s) (32 oz.) velveeta, cut into cubes
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 jar(s) (16 oz.) jar mild salsa

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and pork in a skillet over medium high heat just until cooked through. Drain off the fat.
  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir just to blend a bit.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
