Quadruple Chocolate Chunk Cookies image

1 cup(s) butter, softened
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) packed brown sugar
2 - eggs
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
2 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
3/4 cup(s) dutch-processed cocoa
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) white baking chips chopped
1 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips chopped
1 cup(s) oreo cookies chopped
1 ounce(s) hersheys cookies and cream candy bar (1.55 ounces) chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 6 to 8 minutes until set.
  • Cool on pans 1 minute.
  • Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container. Yield 8 dozen
