Purple Jello image

Never had a good name for this jello- my kids always ask me to make the purple jello.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup(s) dark bing cherries canned,pitted juice reserved
1 cup(s) crushed pineapple and juice
1 cup(s) mini marshmallows
1/2 cup(s) above cherry juice
8 ounce(s) softened cream cheese
8 ounce(s) thawed cool whip
1 package(s) unflavored gelatine

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatine over cherry juice. Pour cherries and geltine mixture in a small saucepan and heat until gelatine is dissolved.Remove from heat and allow to cool. Combine the cream cheese and gelatine mixture when cool in a large bowl. Add pineapple ,marshmallows and mix gently. Fold in Cool Whip, Pour into a glass bowl or mold and chill overnight.
