Pumpkin S'mores Dump Cake image

How to make Pumpkin S'mores Dump Cake

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 15 oz can Pumpkin Puree
1 10 oz can Evaporated Milk
1 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1 tsp grated cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup (2 sticks) butter melted
1 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers (about 6)
1 cup chocolate chips (divided)
1/2 cup marshmallow sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Grease a 9×13 baking pan with butter or cooking spray
  • In a large bowl combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and spices and whisk to combine.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle the entire box of cake mix on top, followed by the graham crackers and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the melted butter evenly on top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is mostly set and edges browned.
  • Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle with marshmallow sauce and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
