Pumpkin Pie Dip image

This recipe is so easy and festive. I serve it with sliced pears, sliced apples, and ginger snaps. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days.

2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Beat confectioners' sugar and cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and ginger until dip is smooth.
  • Chill dip, covered, for 8 hours. Stir to loosen before serving.
